About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to home care services arranged with Thrinetra Home Care Services in Hyderabad, Telangana. By using this website or arranging care with us, you accept these terms.
The services we provide
We arrange home-based care including elderly care, patient care, nursing care and baby care. Elderly care, patient care and baby care are non-clinical support services provided by caregivers and attendants. Nursing care covers clinical requirements and is provided in accordance with the patient’s requirements and applicable professional and legal guidelines.
The scope of care in any particular case is agreed with the family before care begins and may be adjusted as the requirement changes.

The information on this website is provided for general guidance about the services we offer. It is not medical advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor or other healthcare professional. Always follow the advice of the treating doctor.
Emergencies
Our services are for planned and ongoing care at home. We do not provide emergency medical services. In a medical emergency, contact a hospital or emergency medical service immediately.
Arranging care
Care is arranged by telephone. An arrangement is confirmed only once we have discussed the requirement with you and confirmed what we are able to provide. Availability of a particular service, at a particular location or time, is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Your responsibilities
So that care can be provided safely, we ask that you:
- Give us accurate information about the person’s condition and care requirements
- Share relevant instructions from the treating doctor, where these exist
- Tell us promptly about any change in the person’s condition or requirements
- Provide a safe environment for our care staff while they are in your home
- Treat our care staff with respect
Changes and cancellation
Please tell us as early as you can if a care arrangement needs to be changed or cancelled, so that we can adjust the arrangement and inform the care professional concerned. Any applicable charges for changes or cancellation will be explained to you when care is arranged.
Fees
Charges depend on the type of care, the duration and the requirement. They are explained to you before care begins. This website does not publish prices, because a fair figure can only be given once we understand what is actually needed.
Limitation
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee any particular medical outcome, recovery or result, as these depend on factors outside our control including the patient’s condition and the treatment prescribed by their doctor.

The content of this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Thrinetra Home Care Services and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. We may change the content of this website at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
