Thrinetra Home Care Services provides dependable home-care support for elderly people, patients, babies, and families who need professional assistance at home. We work in Hyderabad, in ordinary homes, alongside families who are doing their best in situations that can be exhausting and frightening.

Most families come to us at a difficult moment. A parent has had a fall. A patient is being discharged and nobody is sure how to manage at home. A baby has arrived and the household has not slept in weeks. In each case the need is the same: someone capable, kind and dependable, in the house, doing the things that have become too much.

How we approach care

We start by listening. Before care begins our coordinator talks with the family about the person’s condition, their routine, what they can still do for themselves and what the household is already managing. Only then do we arrange a caregiver, attendant or nurse to suit that specific situation.

We are equally clear about what we are not. We are not a hospital and we do not handle emergencies. Where a requirement is clinical, it is arranged as nursing care, in line with the treating doctor’s advice and applicable professional guidelines. Where it is daily support, it is arranged as caregiver or attendant care. Families deserve to know exactly which they are getting.

Bringing in outside help can feel like giving something up. It should not. Our role is to take the physical load off the family so relatives can go back to being a son, a daughter, a husband or a new parent — present for the person they love, instead of worn out by the tasks.
